Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using inpensa (the "Service"), including our iOS app, Android app, web application, and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• — Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• — Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
• — Upload malicious code, scripts, or data intended to harm our infrastructure
• — Use the Service to facilitate financial fraud, money laundering, or illegal transactions
• — Share your account credentials with others

3. Account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and encryption passphrase. Because of our zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot recover encrypted data if you lose your passphrase. We recommend using a password manager.

You own all financial data you enter into inpensa. We do not claim any rights over your data.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Premium, Business) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact legal@inpensa.online.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

6. Limitation of liability

inpensa is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. Information displayed is based on data you enter. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from app settings. Deletion is permanent.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
